Refined Lotus Petals: A Practical Guide to Nimittas | Ajahn Brahm | 25 June 2025

Ajahn Brahm uses the simile of the thousand-petaled lotus to describe the natural progression of the mind as it enters deep meditation, moving through increasingly deep and subtle stages through the power of mindfulness, kindness, patience, and letting go.
